Return Policy

When you are finished with your visit, you will need to pack up and return the kit.

1. Return the tablet and all the devices carefully into the box and seal it.
2. Affix the return label to the outside of the box using packing tape.
3. Schedule a pickup from your home by filling out this form: https://www.tytocare.com/providers/closeknit/schedulepickup.php . You may also call 1-866-212-0123 or simply drop the box at any UPS store location.
